My work as a therapist is rooted in existential analysis, a depth-oriented approach that helps you navigate life’s challenges by examining your emotions, values, and relationships with honesty and clarity. Rather than focusing on rigid techniques or symptom management alone, we look at the deeper patterns shaping your experience, making room for self-awareness, freedom, and personal responsibility. I'm not interested in interpreting your experiences through my own lens; I want to truly understand what it is to be you.
In our work together, I offer a space where you can openly engage with what feels stuck, heavy, or unclear. Through reflection and dialogue, we explore not only the difficulties you face but also the possibilities available to you. I believe therapy is about reclaiming your ability to choose—to live with meaning, even in the presence of struggle. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, we move at your pace, working toward a life that feels more authentic and grounded in who you are.

My office is located at the corner of Chilver + Assumption in Windsor, Ontario.
I offer in-person and virtual therapy for individuals and couples. I do not offer group therapy or family therapy, and I do not work with anyone under the age of 16.
Virtual therapy is available throughout Ontario, as well as in some other provinces and territories. Get in touch if you're located outside of Ontario so we can ensure my services are available where you are.
Individual therapy sessions are $150/50 minutes, and couples therapy sessions are $175/50 minutes.
Payment is due on the day of each session. I can direct bill to some insurance plans; please contact me to check if you qualify for direct billing.
Insurance plans and extended health benefits generally cover my services. Please check with your benefits provider to ensure you are covered for Registered Psychotherapists/Psychotherapy .
